This is general information to help get started with powerOne. More detailed information is included in the manual. Information on the following is included here:

1. Installing the application
2. Using the manual

---------------------------------------------
1. Installing the application
---------------------------------------------
If double-clicking the installer did not install the application, try this alternative method:

To install, double-click "powerOne.prc". This should start the Palm (tm) Install Tool. If this does not start the Palm Install Tool, go to the Palm (or equivalent) folder (located by default in your Macintosh hard drive) and double-click on HotSync (r) Manager. Once it has started, choose Install from the HotSync menu. Follow the on-screen directions for installing PalmOS applications. When completed, close the dialog and synchronize your PalmOS device.

Once it synchronizes onto the PalmOS device, go to the home screen by choosing the Home button, located to the upper, left-hand corner of the Graffiti (r) input area. Choose "All" from the pop-up list in the top, right-hand corner of the display, and finally select the application's icon. See the manual for details on using the application.

---------------------------------------------
2. Using the manual
---------------------------------------------
To use the manual, Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your desktop computer. If you already have this application installed, double-clicking the application labeled "powerOne Manual.pdf" should open the manual. If Acrobat Reader is not available yet, it can be found at http://www.adobe.com or is available on your Palm Desktop CD-ROM. To locate, insert the CD-ROM into your CD-ROM player. Double-click on the CD icon, double-click on "Palm Extras" and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Run the installer and follow the on-screen directions.
When completed, double-click on the manual to view it.
